Laying the Foundation: Our Vision for Impact-Driven Youth Empowerment

Impact Vision Report

At Empowering the Next Generation Ltd., we are building bold, equity-driven programs that address the complex realities of racialized, Indigenous, newcomer, and 2SLGBTQ+ youth. While our programming is launching in phases, our goals are ambitious — because the need is urgent.

This Impact Vision Report outlines the systems we are putting in place, the outcomes we are targeting, and the long-term change we aim to deliver. Our work is guided by trauma-informed practices, youth-led engagement, and a deep commitment to culturally responsive care.

What We’re Measuring:

At Empowering the Next Generation Ltd., we are intentional about measuring what matters. Our evaluation approach is built on equity, transparency, and youth-centered design. Each program we launch will be tracked using clear outcome indicators tied to emotional wellness, leadership development, education re-engagement, and job readiness. We are measuring not only participation, but transformation — such as improvements in self-regulation, confidence, school connection, and employability. Data will be gathered through pre- and post-program assessments, participant feedback, and equity-based analysis, with results used to continuously refine our services. We believe that tracking impact is not just about accountability — it’s about ensuring our work is truly making a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Our Commitment to Impact:

We are building a transparent, community-based organization that not only delivers services but also tracks what works. Every initiative includes:

  • Pre- and post-program evaluations

  • Youth feedback circles

  • Disaggregated data collection (race, gender identity, income)

  • Annual public reporting and learning reviews

Voices We’re Centering:

We are intentionally co-designing programs with:

  • Racialized youth with lived experience

  • Indigenous leaders and cultural advisors

  • 2SLGBTQ+ mentors and facilitators

  • Equity-focused practitioners and community elders

Building for Generational Impact:

This isn’t a short-term intervention. Our work is about:

  • Preventing youth homelessness

  • Disrupting intergenerational poverty

  • Creating inclusive leadership pipelines

  • Supporting system-impacted youth to reclaim their power

We’re just getting started — and the groundwork we lay today will define the change we create tomorrow.
