Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director

Founder and visionary leader of Empowering the Next Generation Ltd., Hava Mursal brings over 20 years of frontline experience in youth services, trauma-informed care, and anti-racism advocacy. Her leadership is grounded in community, lived experience, and a relentless pursuit of equity for racialized and underserved populations.

Jeffrey Schultz
Operations Manager

Jeffrey oversees the day-to-day coordination of our programs and services, ensuring that resources are efficiently aligned with organizational goals. With a strong background in nonprofit administration and program logistics, Jeffrey plays a key role in implementation and impact measurement.

Amanda Lindsay
Director, Indigenous Department

Amanda leads our work with Indigenous youth and communities, ensuring that programming reflects Indigenous ways of knowing, cultural safety, and reconciliation. Her role is integral to shaping culturally responsive strategies and maintaining relationships with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and Indigenous partners.
