Hava Mursal is the founder of Empowering the Next Generation Ltd. As a single mother raising four children and a survivor who escaped from domestic violence, Hava brings both personal experience and resilience to her work.

For Hava, this program is deeply personal. She understands what it means to feel unsupported and unseen, as well as the determination required to break difficult cycles.

With this perspective, she leads with a clear purpose: to ensure that youth do more than just survive. The mission is to help young people truly thrive by building them confidence, equipping them with essential tools, and connecting them with supportive networks necessary for success.

Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization focused on youth empowerment and civic engagement. Her work places particular emphasis on improving access and inclusion for newcomer and immigrant youth, helping ensure that organizational programs reflect equity and long-term civic engagement outcomes.

William

William serves on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization focused on youth and newcomer support. In his role, he brings a community-informed perspective to board discussions, particularly on issues affecting immigrant and newcomer families in Canada. He contributes insights grounded in youth and community experiences, helping the organization better understand barriers faced at the grassroots level. His involvement supports the board in strengthening the accessibility and relevance of programs designed to promote inclusion, belonging, and social integration.

Nathan is a dedicated social worker with a genuine heart for his community. He believes every child deserves to be heard, valued, and supported, and he understands how important strong families are in a child’s life. With a deep passion for healing and connection, Nathan is committed to helping youth grow, thrive, and feel hopeful about their future.
