For Hava, this program is deeply personal. She understands what it means to feel unsupported and unseen, as well as the determination required to break difficult cycles.
With this perspective, she leads with a clear purpose: to ensure that youth do more than just survive. The mission is to help young people truly thrive by building them confidence, equipping them with essential tools, and connecting them with supportive networks necessary for success.
Jeffrey Schultz
Vice President, Empowering the Next Generation LtdJeffrey Schultz is a well-known and respected member of the community. He is deeply committed to making a positive impact and is dedicated to supporting those in need. Jeffrey’s reputation is built on his genuine belief in service and community involvement, consistently striving to help others and improve the lives of those around him.

With extensive experience in the field, Irmen works tirelessly to champion the rights of individuals who need it most. Through his professional expertise and personal dedication, he seeks to create positive change by offering support and advocacy, ensuring that those facing adversity receive the help and opportunities they deserve.
Tiffany
Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization focused on youth empowerment and civic engagement. In her governance role, she contributes to strategic decision-making and supports initiatives that strengthen youth participation in community and institutional processes. Her work places particular emphasis on improving access and inclusion for newcomer and immigrant youth, helping ensure that organizational programs reflect equity and long-term civic engagement outcomes.
William
William serves on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization focused on youth and newcomer support.
